The auction package will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, one of the world's premier centers for the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases.

The package features six tickets to the U2 360° concert at the Vanderbilt Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee, on Saturday, July 2, 2011; hospitality passes to view the show from the VIP Mix Platform; a private tour of the Underworld (under the main stage); a meet and greet with U2 drummer Larry Mullen; car service to and from the concert on July 2; and hotel accommodations provided for July 1 and July 2, 2011.
