National Beverage

National Beverage has partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital since 1995 and was one of the very
first St. Jude Thanks and Giving® campaign corporate partners. National Beverage supports and contributes
to St. Jude through a portion of the proceeds from the sale of its St. Nick’s beverages. Total contributions to date
have exceeded the $2 million mark. In addition, Nick Caporella, Chairman and CEO of National Beverage, is an
ALSAC Professional Advisory Board Member.

From 1999 to 2005, National Beverage guaranteed a $100,000 minimum donation to St. Jude. In 2005, National
Beverage added a donation of 2.5 cents of each three liter bottles sold and 1 cent of each eight ounce can sold.  In 2008, National Beverage enhanced its commitment to St. Jude with a $250,000 minimum donation from the sale of its St. Nick's holiday drinks. Additionally, National Beverage contributed all donations received at the Bank Atlantic Center's Florida Panthers hockey game. National Beverage/LaCroix was once again the presenting sponsor for the Regions Morgan Keegan tennis tournament at The Memphis Racquet Club in February 2009. In 2009, National Beverage donated $250,000 to St. Jude from its St. Nick’s and Everfresh brand drinks and made a $250,000 corporate donation to St. Jude.

The St. Nick’s donation program continued from 2010 to 2012 and has been supported by point-of-sale advertising and nationwide advertising in USA Today. National Beverage featured St. Jude on its St. Nick’s products by showcasing the St. Jude Thanks and Giving campaign logo and provided banner ads and links to the St. Jude Thanks and Giving campaign page on its websites, including nationalbeverage.com, shastapop.com and faygo.com.

National Beverage’s relationship with St. Jude is rooted in a desire to help children in communities everywhere and St. Jude is grateful for more than a decade of support.
