St. Jude employees lined the red carpet from the entrance of the Patient Care Center to the Danny Thomas/ALSAC Pavilion July 20 to cheer and applaud for the annual Sibling Star Day event. Hosted by the Child Life Program and Social Work, the event’s activities and recognition luncheon honor the brothers and sisters of St. Jude patients. This year’s celebration was Hollywood themed.
Sibling Star Day honors siblings’ contributions in the healing process of patients. Employee and staff participation adds a special element to the event and is greatly appreciated by the families.
