Ambulatory Care Unit – Leukemia / Lymphoma and Bone Marrow Transplant Rotation

    Mirroring the inpatient services, the resident will be responsible for medication therapy management services for ambulatory care patients being treated on the Leukemia / Lymphoma and Bone Marrow Transplant services. The residents will be responsible for pharmacokinetic and pharmacogenetic consults, coordination of home infusion therapy including parenteral nutrition, pain management, development of order sets for patients not being treated on an investigational protocol, drug information, patient education and medication reconciliation as well as allergy and adverse drug reaction reporting.
