A variety of homespun and handmade wares filled the alcoves of the Danny Thomas Research Center atrium earlier this month with enough seasonal eclecticism to usher in the early arrival of autumn. The Fall Craft Fair provided employees the chance to showcase their creativity in a festival-like atmosphere that included the weekly Farmers Market.
Employees, patients and families browsed and purchased the crafts, which were original works of art created by employees. Items for sale included holiday ornaments, jewelry, canvas paintings, photography, metal art and soap. The event was organized by the St. Jude Human Resources department.
