The Las Vegas Chapter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is delighted to invite you to the fourth annual Las Vegas Honors St. Jude: An Affair of the Art to support the efforts of St. Jude in the fight against childhood cancer and other deadly diseases. This dazzling, black tie gala will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and will begin at 6 pm. The gala will feature hosted cocktails, sophisticated silent and live auctions, and a collection of custom artwork by renowned artists such as Wyland, Godard and Dale Mathis.
Guests will enjoy an amazing night hosted by Cedric the Entertainer, a gourmet dinner, star-studded entertainment, special appearances and art. The phenomenal art exhibit will feature three-dimensional, five-foot tall heart statues, each custom created by a
professional local artist. The artists give each heart “life” through their one-of-a-kind vision. These unique creations are exhibited throughout the streets of Las Vegas as part of an interactive art exhibit. Major corporations, celebrities and the city of Las Vegas are showing their support by generously sponsoring the hearts. Sponsors of this project are playing a major role in creating awareness for St. Jude and its mission of finding cures and saving children. The citizens of Las Vegas and the millions of tourists that visit the city will be able to enjoy an outstanding artwork exhibition that benefits the children of St Jude.
