St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway

For the past 18 years, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has partnered with an elite group of homebuilders all over the country who have helped contribute over $155 million to the research and treatment of childhood cancer and other catastrophic diseases. The Dream Home campaign is a unique partnership where selected builders leverage their skills and contacts to construct a Dream Home largely utilizing donated land, materials and labor.

Building the St. Jude Dream Home results in an enormous amount of pride and awareness for our builders and for the families of St. Jude.  During our selection process, we endeavor to partner with a leader in the building community who understands and shares St. Jude’s mission of fighting childhood cancer. Some of the many advantages of being part of the Dream Home team include:

  • Increased foot traffic to your neighborhood, through your home (Average 7000-12,000 Open House visitors per campaign)
  • Extensive four-month marketing campaign - including TV, radio, newspaper, direct mail, signage, Web site, local ticket outlets and promotional events at the house
  • Cause marketing alignment – elevate your organization by partnering with a widely recognized national children’s charity
  • Collaborative efforts in a community-wide event including those in the building industry, media, volunteers and local merchants

Standing up for a cause is one of the strongest positions a homebuilder can take in these economic times and is one of the best ways to stand out from competitors. The St. Jude Dream Home program represents great opportunities to not only make a difference in the lives of children, but also a way to differentiate your organization and product from those around you.
