Kate Strickland has been at the Tri-Cities Affiliate Clinic since September 2004. She graduated with her BS, MPH from Georgia Southern University and received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from East Tennessee State University in 2012. Kate is responsible for the day to day operations of the clinic, managing all patient data, and managing all regulatory protocols/studies. She is on the ETSU/VA Medical Institutional Review Board and the President of the Board of Directors for CASA of Northeast TN.
