Finding Cures. Saving Children.
A Message From Amy Grant
Dear St. Jude friends,
I am happy to once again be a part of the Hancock Fabrics Quilt of Dreams project. I have collected quilts for a long time and enjoy snuggling up with a favorite. I visited last year’s fabric show and was touched by the many stories of inspiration from quilters. It warmed my heart to see such an outpouring of support.
The dreams of children like my friend, Matthew, continue to inspire so many of you to contribute your time and resources to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It is making a difference. Thank you so much. How wonderful it has been to see patients wrap themselves in these quilts of love.
St. Jude is an amazing hospital, where researchers are working hard to find cures for catastrophic diseases of children around the world. It is remarkable to hear so many different languages spoken by families as I’ve walked through the hospital’s hallways. Yet in the hearts of these precious children, they share one desire: long lives filled with love, laughter, friends, family and opportunity.
