    Cassandra Bobo, a culinary student at Southwest Tennessee Community College, hosted the “Mommy and Me” patient nutrition class on September 24, 2012. Cassandra highlighted ways to add vegetables to everyday foods like box cake mix and brownies. She also discussed strategies parents can incorporate to help encourage children of all ages to get in their 5 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
