Research Interests
As a clinician-scientist, I am interested in research related to radiobiology and radiation parameters for treatment planning and delivery. With the intent to incorporate radio-sensitization experiments and anti-angiogenic/vasculogenic therapy into developmental clinical studies for selected solid tumors, I collaborate with basic and translational researchers at St. Jude and nationally. I study mechanisms to enhance radiosensitivity of these tumors using novel adjuvant and neo-adjuvant therapeutic agents.
