Senior Software Developer/Architect, International Outreach Program
Patel earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with emphasis in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Christian Brothers University in 2003. Patel currently develops interactive Web sites for International Outreach. He is involved in two main projects: www.Cure4Kids.org (a medical educational Web site) and POND (Pediatric Oncology Network Database). He has extensive skills in database design, query language and Web scripting languages. Prior to joining International Outreach, Patel worked on an open source Web bulletin board software called ActiveBoard, written entirely in Perl scripting language.
