Be part of the Second Annual Patrick Warburton Golf for Kids Celebrity Golf Tournament March 2 - 4, 2012, in Palm Desert, California. The Classic Club has graciously offered to host the event on a closed course for the weekend. The weekend-long festivities include a Pairings Party on Friday, March 2, where the foursomes will be paired with a celebrity for the tournament on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday night will feature a dinner and comedy show with live and silent auctions, and will be hosted by some of the top comedians in the business. Last year, the headliner was David Spade, and other performers included Mark Eddie and Mike Wilson.
Many celebrities helped support this event last year: Dave Dettman (Dr. Gadget), Greg Ellis, Patrick Fabian, Don Felder, Robbie Gould, Robert Hays, Beverly Johnson, Richard Karn, Richard Kind, Cheech Marin, Christopher McDonald, Bruce McGill, Jim McMahon, Sam McMurray, Scotty Medlock, Rob Morrow, John O'Hurley, Sam Page, Ron Pearlman, Luke Perry, Ricky Phillips, Richard Schiff, Alan Thicke, Brian Thompson, Mark Thompson, Paula Trickey, Gary Valentine, and Mykelti Williamson. In addition to Warburton and Spade, Patrick’s Rules of Engagement castmates Oliver Hudson, Bianca Kajlich, Adhir Kaylan and Megyn Price attended.
The inaugural Patrick Warburton Golf for Kids Celebrity Golf Tournament raised more than $200,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, one of the world's premier centers for the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. With your help, the 2012 event will be an even bigger success.
