Caps, gowns and diplomas marked the annual kindergarten graduation for patients at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The special ceremony makes it possible for young patients to experience graduation like they would have in their hometowns. “Education is an important part of every child’s life,” said Laurie Leigh, director, patient care services. “To be a part of celebrating this milestone with our kindergarten patients is an honor, and it brings some normalcy to their lives.”
