Chili’s® Grill & Bar raised $4.6 million during the sixth annual Create-A-Pepper to Fight Childhood Cancer campaign for St. Jude. To date, Chili's has raised more than $30 million as part of a 10-year, $50 million pledge to the hospital. Once completed, the donation will be the largest donation from a single partner campaign in St. Jude history.
From October 18 – 24, Target guests can help St. Jude in its fight to find cures and save children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases by purchasing participating Procter and Gamble (P&G) brands including Tide, Pampers, Charmin and Pantene as well as other manufacturers’ brands at Target stores nationwide.

Dollar General joined the Thanks and Giving program for the 2006 campaign and has embraced the mission of St. Jude company-wide. Dollar General runs a $1 add-on campaign and has raised more than $3.1 million for the hospital.

Benihana restaurants will celebrate Kodomo no Hi, or Children’s Day on May 5 by donating 100 percent of the proceeds of all children’s meals served that day to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The one-day benefit is part of the famed teppanyaki restaurant company’s “Children Helping Children” program.
On April 7, Senior Vice President of AOL Technologies David Cole and 15 AOL team members presented 20 mobile laptop carts to St. Jude, which will be known as the AOL Connections Lab. The mobile carts will fit conveniently over hospital beds and wheelchairs, and provide an easy and convenient way for children and their families to stay in touch with family and friends while inpatient at St. Jude.
As part of their A Time For Giving program, Zurich has been a partner of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for six years. Zurich executives, impressed with their employees’ dedication to St. Jude, recently made a trip to the hospital to explore opportunities. “I was moved by many elements of my visit," said Jillian Walsh, manager of employee programs and community relations for Zurich in North America.
In 2008, The Melting Pot's 140 locations raised an astounding $905,158 for St. Jude during the Thanks and Giving® campaign, an increase of more than 76 percent over their 2007 Thanks and Giving total. "Our relationship with St. Jude has united our nearly 5,000 team members across the country as we rally around this cause," says Bob Johnston, COO.

To date, Chili’s has raised more than $25 million as part of a 10-year, $50 million pledge to raise funds for the hospital.

Golden Halo Awards are given annually by the Cause Marketing Forum to both a business and a nonprofit organization in recognition of their outstanding programs. St. Jude was selected as the 2008 nonprofit recipient of the award, and McDonald’s was the 2008 business recipient.
