Platinum: $15,000: two (2) golf teams and two (2) party tables for 10
Gold: $10,000: two (2) golf teams and one (1) table for 10
Silver: $7,500: one (1) golf team and one (1) table for 10
Heart Song: $4,000: one (1) golf team and six (6) party tickets

Evening Under the Stars Party Sponsorships:

Angels’ Wing: $5,000: one (1) table for 10, sponsor party for six (6)
Child’s Dream: $3,000: one table for 10
Healing Hope: $1,500: four (4) party tickets

St. Jude Golf Classic Sponsorships:

Team Sponsor: $2,000: one (1) golf team
