• Remain on I-240 (it will eventually change to I-240 North) until you see a sign for I-40 West to Little Rock. Exit here.
• Exit I-40 at Exit 1C (Danny Thomas Boulevard).
• Turn right at the first traffic signal (Alabama Avenue).
• Turn right at the first block - Lauderdale Street - you will pass the front gates of St. Jude
• Turn right at the first traffic light - Third Street
• Turn right at the second traffic light - A.W. Willis Avenue
• Turn right into A.W. Willis Avenue entrance gate (A.W. Willis Avenue & Seventh Street)

From Arkansas to St. Jude

• Take 1-40 East across the Arkansas-Tennessee Bridge to Memphis.
• Exit I-40 at Exit 1B (Danny Thomas Boulevard).
• Turn right at the stop sign (Alabama Avenue).
• Proceed through traffic signal across Danny Thomas Boulevard.
