Research
Research in the Department of Computational Biology focuses on developing higher order models by integrating multiple data types from disparate sources using systems biology approaches. To meet the demands from basic and translational research at St. Jude, high-throughput data from genomics, imaging, chemical biology, proteomics, and structural biology are the primary interest for developing systems model using theoretical, analytical and applied computational approaches.
