• Follow signs to I-240 West
• Remain on I-240 (it will eventually change to I-240 North) until you see a sign for I-40 West to Little Rock. Exit here.
• Exit I-40 at Exit 1C (Danny Thomas Boulevard).
• Turn right at the first traffic signal (Alabama Avenue).
• Turn right at the first stop sign (Lauderdale Street). You will pass the front gates of St. Jude.
• Turn right at the first traffic signal (Third Street).
• Take immediate right into St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's parking lot.

From Arkansas to St. Jude

• Take 1-40 East across the Arkansas-Tennessee Bridge to Memphis.
• Exit I-40 at Exit 1B (Danny Thomas Boulevard).
• Turn right at the stop sign (Alabama Avenue).
• Proceed through traffic signal across Danny Thomas Boulevard.
• Turn right at the first stop sign (Lauderdale Street). You will pass the front gates of St. Jude.
• Turn right at the first traffic signal (Third Street).

From Nashville to St. Jude

• Take I-40 West to Memphis
• Take I-240 West toward Little Rock.
• Remain on I-240 (it will eventually change to I-240 South) until you see a sign for I-40 West to Little Rock. Exit here.
• Exit I-40 at Exit 1C (Danny Thomas Boulevard).
• Turn right at the first traffic signal (Alabama Avenue).
