Epsilon Sigma Alpha International (ESA International), founded in 1929, is one of the world’s most distinctive leadership service organizations. Through its programs, information and support, ESA helps its members make a positive difference in the world.

One of ESA’s major philanthropic projects is supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In 1972, ESA adopted the hospital as its international philanthropic project. As a result of ESA’s relationship with ALSAC, the fund-raising arm of St. Jude, ESA raises well over $7 million in cash and pledges each year for the hospital.
