Directions to Clinic
Take the Essen exit off of I-10 and go south. Pass through a couple of lights and take a right onto Hennessy Boulevard at the corner of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. Behind the hospital on your right are two medical plazas. We are located in the Plaza I, Suite 312.
