Direct Haplotyping Method (SJ-01-0003)

Technology Name
(St. Jude Reference #)
Direct Haplotyping Method (SJ-01-0003)
Description A simple method for determining the haplotype structure of nucleotide polymorphisms that occur over several kilobases is provided.  The method utilizes conventional and long range PCR in genomic DNA and intramolecular ligation techniques.
