Corvette fans and St. Jude supporters from across the Mid-South came to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on October 10 as the Corvettes 4 St. Jude team arrived for their ninth annual Cruisin’ for St. Jude showcase.
The 70-member team paraded their cars through the St. Jude campus in Memphis, Tennessee, before parking several of them outside the St. Jude Pavilion for hospital staff, patients and their families to enjoy. In all, 34 Corvettes were present for the celebration.
Cruisin’ for St. Jude is a year-round series of nationwide events helping raise funds and create awareness for St. Jude research and treatment efforts. This year the Corvette Forum team, along with Corvette Memphis, presented the hospital with a check for more than $80,000 to help St. Jude fight cancer and other deadly diseases.
