The Bombay Company continues to partner with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in the fight against childhood cancer by offering Porter Bear, the eighth in a series of cute, huggable bears.

The exclusive 2005 Porter Bear is named in memory of Ross Porter, a respected, loved-by-all and loyal Bombay employee for almost 58 years.

Porter Bear retails for $19 with 10 percent of the purchase price coming to St. Jude. He is available at all Bombay store locations and on www.bombaycompany.com  through the end of 2005 or while supplies last. Porter Bear will warm the hearts of children and grownup kids alike.

Last year, Gilmore Bear, named for St. Jude patient Alexis Gilmore, helped raise $149,981 for the hospital. Since its partnership began in 1998, The Bombay Company has contributed more than $912,000 to help St. Jude find cures and save children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases.
