On behalf of the patients, families and patient special events committee, I would like to thank you for your interest in providing a special event at the hospital.
The patient special events committee is responsible for reviewing all special event applications and ensuring that approved events comply with the guidelines. This committee is comprised of representatives from Patient Care Services, Infection Control, St. Jude Communications, ALSAC Event and Patient Liaison department and representatives from the patient housing facilities.
There is only one St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and it is located in Memphis, Tennessee. If you would like to help St. Jude but are not able to travel to Memphis, read about ideas for at-home projects.
Please note the committee meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month. After your application is reviewed by the committee, a representative from the committee will be in touch with you.
Please allow the committee 4-6 weeks to process your event request.
