About the Presenter

Colette Carlsom
Colette Carlson

If so, come hear Colette Carlson speak on the topic “Stress Less, Laugh More”. In an overworked, frenetic-paced environment like healthcare, we all need to stress less and laugh more. With a heavy dose of humor, Colette shares her magic prescription to building resiliency and preventing professional burnout. Learn how clear, healthy boundaries and thoughtful choices lead to greater satisfaction and stronger results. Gain strategies to manage expectations and maintain a positive mindset. Become an “ASK” master to lower your stress and increase your joy in both your professional and personal life. You will howl with laughter and walk away inspired to make long-lasting changes after witnessing Colette’s signature l closing that brings her message home.

Colette learned her message the hard way. She started out a big, fat liar. Literally! Only by telling the truth on herself and admitting her fears did she break through her complacency. She lost over 50 pounds, embraced healthy risks and began enjoying success. Knowing that it is more fun to learn through play, than to discover truths the hard way, Colette uses humor to ease you into taking a heartfelt look at your own life so that you experience the self-awareness that begins real change.
