It's "All About the Body"

St. Jude patients were engaged in the world of science as the Child Life department hosted All About The Body Week. Through a series of fun, interactive activities, St. Jude patients and their siblings learned how the body works. The events focused on different parts of the body along with systems of the body. Participants had the opportunity make their own stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs and medical collages. Through the aid of arts and crafts, they also learned about the functions of the heart.

The interactive games and activities serve as teaching tools for patients and their families. Learning how the body functions can help to ease the feelings of anxiety and confusion patients often experience while in a hospital.
