Research Interests

Mrs. Frase received her initial training in histology and electron microscopy at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and during her 35 year career has established shared resource facilities at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and the University of Memphis. Her laboratory focus is on establishing standard procedures for immunogold techniques and TEM tomography analysis. She is also interested in developing partnerships with other institutions to allow St Jude researchers access to new technology.
