More than 40 years ago, St. Jude founder Danny Thomas reached out to the members of Epsilon Sigma Alpha International, asking them to support his dream that no child should die in the dawn of life. Since adopting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as their international philanthropic project in 1972, ESA has helped raise more than $200 million in cash and pledges for the kids of St. Jude.
Founded in 1929, ESA is one of the world's most distinctive leadership service organizations. With its programs, information and support, ESA helps its members make a positive difference in the world, as shown through its dedication to St. Jude.
As the members of ESA celebrate over 40 years of caring for St. Jude kids, you can join this historic observance by renewing your own commitment to the kids of St. Jude — a commitment that St. Jude is very grateful for.
