10K and 5K

Corrals will open at 6 a.m. Slower runners and walkers should be at the back. See 10K map and 5K map.

Your assigned corral will be printed on your race number. Plan to arrive in your corral no later than 7:30 a.m. See marathon map and half marathon map.


1:30 p.m.
B.B. King Boulevard near Monroe Ave.

There will be a wave start for safety. We recommend you be in place no later than 1:15 p.m. Slower runners, walkers and all strollers should be at the back. See kids marathon map.

Water and restrooms

Water and restrooms are located in the following locations:

  • inside AutoZone Park
  • multiple areas near the start line

Discarded items

Clothing and other personal items discarded at the start and on the course will be collected and donated. The St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend cannot be responsible for items left on the course or at bag check.


Corrals and wave start

The marathon and half marathon have a staggered wave start. All participants will be assigned a corral based on their projected finish time. Corral assignments will be printed on your race number; please be in your assigned corral 30 minutes prior to the race starting. Start time between each corral is 2 minutes.

Pace teams

Based on targeted marathon finish times, pacers will keep each group on the designated pace. Half marathoners are welcome to join a group as well. Pacers will be holding pace signs with these times.
