Progressive National Baptist Convention

Sunday of Hope

Progressive National Baptist Convention, Inc. (PNBC) congregations can help in the fight against life-threatening childhood diseases by hosting a St. Jude Sunday of Hope. St. Jude Sunday of Hope events typically take place March through June in churches nationwide. PNBC churches from across the country will have the opportunity to give the gift of hope to children around the world.

Through this program, congregations worldwide will unite as a body of believers to help children suffering from pediatric cancer, sickle cell and other deadly diseases. PNBC pastors will ask their congregations to make a love offering in honor of the patients and families of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

How you can help:

PNBC President Dr. Carroll A. Baltimore, Sr., with St. Jude patient Paishence, at 9 years old, osteosarcoma.

The St. Jude Sunday of Hope is vital to continuing the lifesaving work taking place at St. Jude. Thanks to supporters like the PNBC, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing and food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. With operating costs at $2 million a day, the children and families of St. Jude need your help.
