Living Well Center health coaches have a passion for health and fitness and are eager to help employees reach their wellness goals. Each health coach is either degreed or certified in an appropriate health-related field.
- Health Coach
Wednesdee Canale attended the University of Memphis where she studied her first love, Interior Design. After practicing Interior Design for many years, life events led her to a local gym where she quickly discovered her love of fitness. Her love of fitness and desire to help others has led her to the Health and Wellbeing industry. Wednesdee is an accomplished Figure Competitor in the body building industry. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor, KettleBell and general Group Fitness Instructor. Wednesdee is a member of WELCOA (Wellness Council of America), where she is certified in “Eat Right For Life” and “Eat Right For Life: The Family Plan” for nutritional coaching, Seven Benchmarks Workplace Wellness, “Stress Prevention In Six Steps,” and her latest certification is in “Effective Leadership Essentials.” Wednesdee is also certified in CPR and AED. When not helping others in their journey to healthy living, Wednesdee enjoys spending time with her children, participating in camaraderie races like The Tough Mudder & Spartan, as well as the occasional skydiving and pretty much anything that is adrenaline based!

Kelvin Garrett graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a Bachelor in Exercise Science. During his college career he was a stand-out football player. During his career participating in athletics, he experienced many injuries that forced him to change his focus from continue to play football. His personal journey in overcoming injuries became the catalyst for his love of health and fitness. It allowed him to empathize with others on their own fitness journey. This makes him excel at what he does. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and specializes in motivation and sports-specific training. Kelvin is also certified in CPR and AED.
