The printable flyer provides a URL and QR code to vaccinefinder.org to reinforce the message and point of access for additional information for any on-site employees.
Handout
The handout is a 2-page information sheet with general vaccine information and links with QR codes to additional resources.
"Why?" Cards
Each person has a different reason for getting the vaccine. Use these double-sided cards to help people identify their “Why?” and share with others.
