This year you really stepped up your spooky support for the 2019 Halloween campaign. In total, you managed to raise an incredible $389,991, demonstrating your clear commitment to a culture of giving. Your employees went the extra mile, driving the campaign by soliciting donations from customers for the entire mornth of October. This gesture of passion and commitment on the part of your team made this year’s campaign a tremendous success.
Additionally, HD Supply associates have taken the St. Jude mission and made it their own by supporting year-round payroll deduction and various side events that raised funds for the hospital.
In January 2019, you invited St. Jude to attend once again the World of Concrete convention, where you asked convention guests to donate to our lifesaving mission at your booth. In addition to providing valuable awareness, this endeavor raised nearly $15,000 in just one week.
In April 2019, you hosted a Customer Appreciation golf tournament in Hawaii, benefiting St. Jude. The various fundraisers throughout that event raised nearly $30,000. Your passion and dedication for the kids of St. Jude continued with not one but two HD Supply associates attending Partner Summit in April 2019, and presenting in the breakout session on "Engaging Executive Leaders."
Finally, you continued to support the breakthrough research that transforms science into survival by serving as the presenting sponsor of our Southern Evening of Hope, where your Chief People officer Anna Stevens was one of the keynote speakers.
