This initiative continues to make a difference in the fight against childhood cancer around the world. As you fulfill your generous $30 million commitment, you’re helping doctors everywhere share the knowledge and discoveries needed to improve the level of care for children overseas with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

 

WSI Day

During your annual WSI Day on the St. Jude campus, nearly 40 Williams-Sonoma, Inc. leaders from across the country and across the company joined us to celebrate 15 years of partnership. Your team toured our facilities, heard stories from our families and our staff, and hosted a party to allow St. Jude families to relax and have fun.

 

Williams-Sonoma, Inc.—Unparalleled Support

Your involvement in the St. Jude Thanks and Giving® campaign demonstrates the kindness and generosity of the retail world. You did more than simply participate, you actively encouraged your customers and employees to join the St. Jude mission. Both in your stores and online, customers were invited to give thanks to for the healthy kids in their lives, and to give to those who are not.

Throughout the campaign season, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. delivered support in a myriad of meaningful and impactful ways. In stores, online and over the phone, you invited customers to make a donation, which allowed them to make their purchase mean more. You offered products in every WSI brand—as well as a variety of gift cards—to support St. Jude. Throughout the campaign, you invited fans and followers on social media to join you.

Pottery Barn has gone above and beyond to support the kids of St. Jude. For GivingTuesday, they offered a match up to $100,000 for in-store and online donations.

Additionally, Pottery Barn Team added a fun line of celebrity design water bottles, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting St. Jude.

 

Generosity that Extends Beyond the Holidays

Williams-Sonoma, Inc., doesn’t just support St. Jude during the holiday season—instead, you spread hope all year round. Your strong presence at the St. Jude Walk/Run was a highlight of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Your team’s energy is exceeded only by their compassion. Many employees support St. Jude through special event participation and personal donations.
