Electron Microscopy Core Facility

 

The Electron Microscopy core is a centralized facility operated by full-time, experienced staff and open to all St. Jude investigators. We offer specialized services and an array of instruments for scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

Services are strongly subsidized and include assistance with experimental design, sample preparation, image acquisition, image analysis, quantification, presentation, and publication. Experts are available to provide one-on-one consultations and training for investigators interested in learning new techniques.

We offer investigators the ability to harness electron microscopy approaches for a wide variety of biological questions.
