Blaire joined the International Outreach Program as the Coordinator of Outreach Program Research Development in 2011. Blaire is a Certified Clinical Research Professional and has worked in the Clinical Research field since 2005. Prior to her assignment with the International Outreach Program, Blaire first served as a Clinical Research Associate in the Department of Epidemiology and Cancer Control and later became the Manager of Clinical Research Operations in the Department of Psychology at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Blaire received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University and a Master in Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, where she focused on national and international health care policy. Blaire grew up in a bilingual English-Spanish home in Memphis, TN. She has traveled extensively to Bogotá, Colombia and spent a year living in France. Her experiences with differences in health care systems worldwide developed her passion for international public health outreach. This, combined with her years of Clinical Research experience, led her to pursue a career with the International Outreach Program at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
