Changes to registration, lab draws, and check out

Registration

With St. Jude MyChart, registration is simple and convenient. Registration now takes place in clinics and Diagnostic Imaging for established patients. Rather than visiting the main registration desk, you may go directly to your primary clinic or to Diagnostic Imaging if your first appointment is in one of those areas.

Lab draws

The following clinics may do their own lab draws (Pre-Clinic Assessment appointments):

  • Transplant and Cell Therapy (formerly BMT)

  • Infectious Diseases

  • Hematology

  • Leukemia and Lymphoma

  • Solid Tumor

Sometimes, your child may have their lab draws in housing or in the main Pre-Clinic Assessment.

Check out

You can now check out with patient representatives after your clinic visit. This allows you to schedule some follow-up appointments before leaving your clinic appointment.
