Partner in Hope: FAQs

Donors who give any amount each month are considered to be a Partner in Hope. Partners In Hope is a special community of monthly donors who are committed to saving children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases. 

You will be billed on the same day as the initial pledge each month unless you select a different day in your online account. You can also call (800) 822-6344 or email donors@stjude.org

If you give through direct deposit, you'll be charged on the 1st or 15th of the month.

You can give via direct deposit from your bank account, credit card, PayPal (online only), or check. Direct deposit from a bank account is our preferred payment method, as it allows more of the donation to go to the hospital due to lower transaction processing fees.

You can submit an online form, email donors@stjude.org or call (800) 213-2952 during our normal business hours from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., CT, Monday – Friday. 

$5 is the minimum monthly amount you can donate each month. There is no maximum.

T-shirts are available for monthly donors who give $19+ per month.
