We're excited to announce the beautiful 2026 house will be built in the North Star community in Lake Elmo, MN by builder Creative Homes and its many trade partners. The house will be unveiled at the 2026 Housing First Fall Parade of Homes.
And the best part: net proceeds from the sale of the home will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Stay tuned for further updates!

The 2025 Showplace house features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 6,100 estimated sq. ft. It's located at 10190 Peony Lane N. Maple Grove, MN 55311.
