Research Interests

My primary research focus involves studying gene regulatory architecture in pediatric leukemia in order to better understand the molecular underpinnings of disease relapse and anticancer drug resistance.  Our laboratory is involved in three related areas of research:  

  • Epigenomic heterogeneity and clonal evolution of pediatric leukemia
  • Role of non-coding, cis-regulatory elements in antileukemic drug response
  • Development of novel, high-throughput pharmacogenomic assays
