- Lysosomal biogenesis and function in health and disease
- Lysosomal storage diseases (LSDs) affecting glycosphingolipids and glycoprotein catabolism
- Role of lysosome-controlled pathogenic pathways in neurodegenerative LSDs and adult diseases and aging (i.e. Alzheimer Disease, fibrosis, and cancer)
- Role of the E3 ligase CRLOzz and Alix in muscle during myogenesis and muscle regeneration.
