Investigating genomic determinants of toxicity and efficacy of anticancer agents, focusing on childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)
Using genome-wide approaches, including gene expression profiling, single nucleotide polymorphism analyses, and whole exome/genome sequencing, to study drug resistance and pharmacologic targets
