Ike Anand serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In 2020, Anand relocated his family from Seattle, Wash., to Memphis, Tenn., to embrace a purpose-driven career as ALSAC’s Chief Operating Officer. His commitment to the lifesaving mission of St. Jude – Finding cures. Saving children. – is unwavering. In March 2025, Anand was appointed interim CEO, and following an international search, he officially assumed the role of CEO in July 2025.
Since joining ALSAC, Anand has spearheaded the organization’s digital transformation, enhancing technology and digital platforms, donor services, and the operational foundation critical to achieving ALSAC’s strategic goals. His tenure has been marked by a significant increase in investment in data and technology, engaging emerging audiences and driving innovation.
Anand is a seasoned executive known for his exceptional analytical skills, structured thought process, and creative thinking. Financially astute and decisive, he has a proven track record of fostering innovation and collaboration. Anand excels in building and leading highly effective global teams through empowerment and prioritization.
Under Anand’s leadership, ALSAC has set and achieved ambitious targets, delivering industry-leading revenue while maintaining low operational costs. His strategic vision ensures that donor contributions are maximized for impact.
Before joining ALSAC, Anand was the Global Vice President of Strategy for Expedia Group, the world leader in online travel. During his 14-year tenure, he managed brand strategies for leading travel sites such as Expedia, Travelocity, and Orbitz. He was responsible for investment opportunities, marketing strategy, and the integration of acquisitions. Anand also led the global business for Expedia’s Air, Rail, and Car divisions, as well as Analytics and Connectivity functions.
Anand holds a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University’s Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
