Short Biography
Ursula Leflore is Administrative Specialist for the HPV Cancer Prevention Program at St. Jude, a community outreach program which aims to reduce human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated cancer deaths locally and nationally by increasing HPV vaccination rates. She first joined St. Jude staff in October 2004.
Leflore coordinates administrative support for project management, provides support with grant applications and renewals, and in general offers administrative services for the department.
“I love the mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital,” says Leflore. “I've worked in areas where I've seen firsthand how St. Jude will go above and beyond to accommodate the patient, the patient's parents/caregivers and family. It brings me joy to know this and how I'm able give this testimony of what a great place this is to work.”
In addition, says Leflore, “I love how administration provide employees with so many incentives to boost the work morale and encourages us to push to the next level.”
