K. Fair Berg, EdD, MS

Fair Berg is a Clinical Research Scientist I for Global Clinical Training Programs in the department of Global Pediatric Medicine. She brings over 10 years of experience designing and evaluating online and blended courses in higher education and business settings, aligning solutions to learning outcomes and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs. As a consultative partner in measurement and evaluation, her aim is to incorporate data-informed practices to guide decisions and improve learning outcomes.

Current work includes the standardization of data collection, data analysis, and research design practices with the goal of informing professional education offerings. She also aims to implement mixed methods and qualitative research methodologies to more holistically understand the impact of learning experiences on outcomes. Additional research interests include the integration of change management in continuing medical education and the design of learning experiences for globally-diverse audiences.
