Sherrie Lynn is a Program Manager, GPM Employee Experience for the department of Global Pediatric Medicine.
Sherrie wants to help people to do their best work in healthy and enjoyable environments. She has worked at St. Jude since 2009, previously serving on the HR Learning and Development (L&D) team.
Most recently, Sherrie's focus was on developing and leading six cohorts of the St. Jude Leadership Academy program for individual contributors named Leading Through Influence (LTI). Sherrie was instrumental in developing the inaugural L.E.A.D. conference in 2011 and managed and coordinated the event bringing speakers such as Brene Brown, Susan Cain, Natalie Nixon, Marshall Goldsmith, Pat Lencioni, Dan Pink, Bill Strickland, and Amy Cuddy to St. Jude. Sherrie was the L&D lead and served on the planning team for each HR Career Day event.
Sherrie has a Ph.D. in organizational leadership and is a certified executive coach. She has worked in the organizational development, leadership training, and information technology fields. She loves watermelon, shiny shoes, and the Oxford comma.
