Felicia Martin

Felicia Martin is a native Memphian in Memphis, Tennessee. She received her bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Ashford University, now known as the University of Arizona Global Campus. Martin has worked in the human resources sector for over 25 years, focusing on strategic planning, recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, employee retention, policy development, talent management/acquisition, and predicting workforce needs to optimize employees’ skills and aptitudes.

Martin is elated about her role at St. Jude because she has a true passion for serving others. She’s excited about her responsibilities in supporting several doctors and their teams with tasks such as workshops, supply ordering, event planning, travel support, and other assigned tasks. Her overall goal is to focus on St. Jude’s mission with others, learn and develop her experiences and talents, and aim for a managerial or leadership position someday.

In her spare time, she loves singing, writing, hunting, traveling, and spending quality time with her grandkids and family.
