With extensive experience in global web operations, online communities, and cross-functional collaboration, she drives impactful digital strategies, fosters strong partnerships, and leads projects that enhance visibility and connectivity across St. Jude Global.

Akoya worked as the Assistant to the Director of Recruiting at the University of Memphis for several years, gaining valuable experience in marketing strategies, website content, event promotion, and building vendor relationships.
