Short Biography
Shuler, a native of Meoqui, Chihuahua, México, works as a live event coordinator for Cure4Kids. Provides technical support in English and Spanish in a variety of hardware platforms, assisting users worldwide to install, configure, troubleshoot and train how use the software and hardware needed for the online Internet conferencing system. Prior to St. Jude, Shuler worked as a computer specialist in the Information Technology System Sustainment Client/Server Department of the Defense Commissary Agency headquarters and as a contractor for Management Technology International Corporation (ManTech) in Ft. Lee, Virginia, where she provided all levels of customer support to more than 4,500 computers worldwide. Shuler's focus is supporting clinicians and other medical personnel in continuing educational efforts to improve the quality of care and survival of pediatric cancer patients.
